I'm not a country or blues music lover by any means (rock music is my fave), and I bought this CD on a whim just to see what it had to offer. I fell in love with the music and the artist on this CD and would highly recommend it if you want something just a little bit different. It reawakened a love for this type music. I'd recommend trying it.

Nice collection, didn't quite have the feel I was hoping for though.
Eddie Vedder has a version of the Golden State track that sounds very similar (a little more croon in it) that was released as a fan club single for Xmas.
All in all, a nice collection.

This album ROCKS! The songs are quite different and unique. Easy listening and cool lyrics. Definately a favourite of mine. Track 2 Bleed to Feed by CC Adock & the Lafayette Marquis is my pick of the album. One down side is I couldn't get the rest of their songs which are on the Deluxe album in MP3. Would have loved it on CD.

Hey this CD is pretty amazing. I hadn't seen the T.V. show but was lent the DVD by a friend and as soon as I heard the theme tune I had to have the CD and DVD!!!!
Pretty easy listening and kick back and chill.
