I bought this ring for my granddaughter and she wore it for a week and it broke. The back of the ring just fell apart and she was not able to wear it any longer. I don't know how to get hold of anyone to either get a new ring or get my money back. I was very disappointed in it. She was so excited about getting the ring.

My mother brought this ring for me for christmas, She ordered it on the 15th of December, and It said that the 24th would be the lastest. Well i got it on 28th of December. When i opened the box the ring was so small compared to the picture. So after a hour i notice the ring was starting to turn green, which is odd because it's SUPPOSE to be sterling silver, and i never even had my hands wet. So i had to polish it with nail polish, which you shouldn't have to. The company is screwed up, they never even wrote me back when i wrote them about the ring. I've def. seen better rings in a gumball machine. My advice would be never to buy A ring online, NEVER.
